Welcome to MatrixFM!

Our company specialized on common boundary of property management, information technology and engineering practices for 13 years now. Our goal is to create value to our customers, so we do not satisfy only with completion of engineering tasks but we always strive for demonstrable returns. Our work has added value in four areas:

Building survey division

manages property documenting, multi-purpose data collection and digitalization. We prepare plans and databases considering operational point of views so these are different from a simple construction and as-built documentations. From example, these are delivered only after comprehensive and special quality assurance processes and can be uploaded immediately to IT systems.
You can make efficient decisions only if you knowwhat you are actually dealing with.

CAFM Consulting Unit

This department – carrying on the result of surveys – develops IT solutions to manage processes, data recording and analyzing. We support introduction of CAFM software on clients’ side.
You need to know how your property works and how much it costs?

Facility Management consulting service

supports the previous two activities in order to develop the best practices such as outsourcing, energy efficiency or calculation of gross leasable area.
The real question is how it should work and how much should it cost?

Our property survey and digitization references by numbers:

surveyed, digitized office-, commercional- and industrial buildings

surveyed residential properties: more, than 32.000 apartments

CAD processed plan sheets, which wolud be 10 stories high if stacked

Surveyed and GIS processed geodetic drawing

surveyed and CAD processed industrial buildings on 100 settlements countryside
